Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
1.Control test related process, ensure quality and operation in suitable condition. Maintain and analyze SPC charts, data and related records.
2.Perform audit for all process of testing production line to monitorthe process performance and follow up corrective action for continuous improvement.
3.Dispose abnormal lots (SBA, on hold lots etc.), drive for preventive actions.
4.Leading continues improvement project for NLoZD, NLoP.
5.Collaboration with different department and work together for production stability improvement.
6.Responsible to fulfill all internal and external audit requirements.
7.Testing process related document review and update.
8.Perform new equipment or process change buyoff and safe release to mass production.
9.Provide necessary support in assembly problem solving.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical or Electronic engineering or Mechanical or Material Engineering.
2.Minimum 5 years’ experience in semiconductor product and testing orrelated field.
3.Good leadership skills.
4.Strong analytical and problem solving knowledge and can solve problem independently.
5.Good communications and interpersonal skills.
