3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.

Fluent in Cantonese and English.

Ability to understand detailed complex requirements to design elegant solutions for complicated processes.

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders.

Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

Be passionate about all things UI/UX and other areas of design and innovation.

Proficient in UI/UX and interaction design with keen eye for branding, visual design, typography and user interface design and also an understanding of user centered design process.

Strong experience across desktop & native mobile app design.

Proficiency in UI/UX Software (Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Flinto, Zeplin).

Experience in User Research techniques and usability testing is a big plus.

Experience working in an agile/scrum.

Ability to work within a Design System and propose various concepts within given constraints.

Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wider range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities.

Strong online portfolio available for viewing.

Previous experience in the financial sector preferable but not a must.
