Responsibilities:
Be part of the DLJBS team and report directly to the team leader, supporting the Valuation and Risk Advisory (VRA) Services in the GC in various functions including information gathering, market research, data entry, report preparation and production of all property types.
Provide administrative and other ancillary support to the International VRA team.
Support the team in maintaining internal databases, gathering internal and external data, market information and research reports to support VRA team.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s or academic credentials related to real estate economics, asset valuation, economics, and accounting are preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong English language proficiency is essential. Need to be highly fluent in English Speaking and Listening.
Proficiency in reviewing documents for analysis and supporting preparation of formal reports, business proposals and supporting documents.
High initiative with good teamwork. Confident, self-motivated, and open to challenges. Able to adjust under pressure and multi-task well.
Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint software is required. Experience using advance excel, and financial modelling, or other computer-assisted programs e.g. VBA, Python, AI, data scraping, information management, etc. is preferred.
Willing to travel where required.
Korean language proficiency is a plus.
