Overview:
- Develop executional brand development plans for flavors
brands by providing insightful performance analysis and
indication, and by implementing marketing plans with -
excellence in execution.
- Co-create and lead promotional activities by closely
working with PBB team and internal functions to ignite
trade enthusiasm and push for sales results.
- Co-develop Mirinda innovation projects by collaborating
with internal functions and PBB partners and get
alignments with stakeholders to ensure successful and on
time launches.
- Manage A&M budget and contracts to assure full alliance
with financial control policies and executed according to
China region DOA.
Responsibilities:
- Implement key marketing campaign and activities. The
campaigns shall well balance brand short-term and long
term development goals. It’s tracked through brand KPIs,
- shipment results and MU on-ground events acceptance
and execution levels.
- Develop quarterly marketing campaigns by managing
internal and external resources and getting alignments
with PBB.
- Develop long/short-term brand development plans
including innovation roadmaps, and achieve internal and
external alignments in SBP and AOP processes. The plans
shall -well reflect strategic business needs and consumer
insights. As result, campaigns shall meet brand and
campaign KPIs including improving brand awareness and
brand I love, and shall help brand to achieve sales target.
- A&M budget control and application process shall be well
managed with full alliance with financial control policies.
As an important member in flavors team, the person shall
perform as a great team player and contribute to flavors
team growth.
Qualifications:
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese a must;
- University degree;
- 5 years experience in marketing field;-Strong strategic thinking with an analytical mind;
- Brand-building development experience required;
- Advertising development and execution experience
required;
- Media planning and execution capability required;
- Innovation & project management experience required;
- Strong sense of creative instinct and judgment, in-tune
with teen values / culture / trends;
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills;
- Drives for results and establishes priorities;
- Sound attention for details without losing focus on big
picture;
- Passionate in growing brand and in taking on business
challenges;
