- Conduct research and development on epoxy adhesive formulas. Develop and optimize product formulas based on customer and market requirements and market trends.

Prepare samples, conduct pilot-scale production, and monitor product stability and performance.

Explore new product development opportunities, including new performance features and applications.

Compile technical documentation for developed products and maintain technical knowledge databases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and support sales and application teams.

Participates in site's safety and/or 5S programs.

Secures IP position in own area of development.
- PhD or master’s degree in chemistry, polymer science, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience (1-2 years for PhD, 3-5 years for Master) in epoxy chemistry related R&D, with a strong background in formula development and application.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
