WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for a strong leader who combines deep trade expertise with a passion for people and performance.
As Trade & Customs Operations Manager for APAC, you will lead and elevate trade operations across 12 markets (including China, Japan, India, Australia, and more). You will play a key role in building efficient, compliant, and future-ready import and export solutions that support business growth.
Lead end-to-end trade operations across APAC, including inbound, customs clearance, and inland transport
Drive performance by setting goals, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets
Ensure full customs compliance and manage relationships with authorities
Strengthen operational excellence, sustainability, and efficiency
Manage and develop customs broker partnerships and sourcing strategies
Lead trade security and risk management initiatives
Collaborate with continent and global stakeholders to unlock business value
Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing Trade team across the region
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
5+ years of experience in customs and trade operations across APAC
Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead a remote team
Deep knowledge of customs compliance and clearance processes
A strategic mindset with strong analytical and leadership capabilities
Experience in vendor management and procurement
A passion for leading change and inspiring teams
