岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1.参与 TÜV Rheinland 技术服务相关业务的轮岗培养，深入了解测试、检验、认证及技术咨询等服务流程。
Participate in rotational training across TÜV Rheinland’s technical service businesses to gain a comprehensive understanding of testing, inspection, certification, and technical consulting processes.
2.在不同业务部门及实验室进行轮岗学习，包括但不限于机电、电子电气、工业产品、消费品、汽车零部件、新能源、机械安全等相关领域。
Rotate across different business units and laboratories, including but not limited to mechatronics, electrical and electronics, industrial products, consumer products, automotive components, new energy, and machinery safety.
3.协助工程师完成产品测试、技术文件审核、标准研究、测试报告整理及项目跟进工作。
Assist engineers in product testing, technical document review, standard research, test report preparation, and project follow-up.
4.参与实验室日常运营与测试流程管理，了解设备使用、测试方法、质量体系及安全规范。
Support daily laboratory operations and testing process management, while learning about equipment operation, test methods, quality systems, and safety requirements.
5.支持客户项目执行，包括需求沟通、测试方案准备、进度协调及结果反馈。
Support customer project execution, including requirement communication, test plan preparation, progress coordination, and result feedback.
6.学习并掌握国际及国内相关标准法规，逐步培养独立解决技术问题及客户服务的能力。
Learn and understand relevant international and domestic standards and regulations, gradually developing the ability to solve technical issues and support customers independently.
7.根据培养计划完成阶段性学习任务、轮岗汇报及项目总结，为后续定岗至技术、项目管理或业务支持岗位做准备。
Complete assigned learning tasks, rotation reports, and project summaries according to the development plan, preparing for future placement in technical, project management, or business support roles.
任职要求 / Requirements
1.本科及以上学历，应届毕业生优先；海外留学背景者优先考虑。
Bachelor’s degree or above; fresh graduates are preferred. Candidates with overseas study experience are preferred.
2.工科相关专业背景，包括但不限于：机电一体化、机械工程、电气工程及其自动化、自动化、电子信息工程、测控技术与仪器、车辆工程、新能源科学与工程、材料、工业工程或其他相关理工科专业。
Engineering-related academic background, including but not limited to Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Automation, Electronic Information Engineering, Measurement and Control Technology and Instrumentation, Vehicle Engineering, New Energy Science and Engineering, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or other related STEM majors.
3.英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言；具备良好的英文技术资料阅读及沟通能力。
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to use English as a working language, with strong capability in reading technical documents and communication.
4.对测试、检验、认证、实验室技术服务或第三方检测认证行业有兴趣。
Strong interest in testing, inspection, certification, laboratory technical services, or the third-party TIC industry.
5.具备良好的学习能力、逻辑分析能力、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
Strong learning agility, logical thinking, communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit.
6.工作认真细致，责任心强，愿意深入技术一线及实验室环境学习。
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn in hands-on technical and laboratory environments.
7.具备跨文化沟通能力、海外学习或实习经历者优先。
Cross-cultural communication skills, overseas study experience, or internship experience are preferred.
