Financial Planning, Budgeting , and forecasting
- Lead monthly and annual planning cycles, managing end-to-end EBIT and collection forecasting for the Commercial BU.
- Present budget, forecast, and outlook results to China finance leadership and BU management.
- Conduct weekly landing estimates during the month to ensure forecast accuracy and early identification of risks and opportunities.
- Perform variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, clearly explaining key drivers and business impacts.

Business Part n er ship
- Deliver financial evaluations including profitability, ROI, and cash impact for add-hoc business request.
- Support financial assessment of new products, business models, and strategic business initiatives, facilitating data-driven decision making.
- Act as the primary finance focal point for the Commercial BU Sales team, addressing financial queries, clarifying performance results, and providing timely financial guidance to support day-to-day and strategic sales decisions.
- Manage and monitor customer collections, working collaboratively with sales and operations to reduce overdue receivables and enhance cash flow.
