The ECompressor Algorithm Engineer will lead the development of eCompressor algorithms. This role is responsible for integrating software control and protection strategies according to customer requirements, considering the operation modes and boundaries of key components. The engineer will ensure that the software delivers required features, with a focus on COP (Coefficient of Performance), NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), and robust reliability.
- eep understanding of PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) control methods, with experience in IPMSM preferred.
D
- efine internal software requirements and complete module design for eCompressor and Heater.
I
- mplement and integrate algorithms for related projects (eCompressor, Heater) based on MATLAB modules.
D
- evelop key algorithms such as eCompressor torque compensation, harmonic injection, and zero-speed current closed-loop startup.
S
- upport eMotor/Heater parameter mapping tests and perform system calibration.
S
- upport product FCT/EOL (Final Circuit Test/End of Line) specifications in collaboration with system and hardware teams.
S
- trictly comply with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) rules and behavioral guidelines in the plant.
- roficient in sensor less FOC (Field-Oriented Control) algorithms, with experience in Flux or SMO (Sliding Mode Observer) preferred (at least one required).

- amiliarity and experience with Major IC DSP development; experience with NXP S32K.
K
- nowledge of BLDC/PMSM is Required
M
- inimum 3 years of experience in eCompressor SW control.
K
- nowledge of MBD (Model-Based Design) is a plus.

- achelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

- ood English skill, both spoken and written, for daily business communication.
