Lead projects and teams by applying outstanding Design Mastery to innovation programs, Brands or Categories.

Hands-on Design Capability, Lead design projects from End-to-End with responsibilities that include crafting the design brief, design strategies, identifying the success criteria, managing project timeline, budget, and design agency relationship.

Build integrated and irresistible products, brands and experiences,

Apply deep Design Mastery and Design Thinking to core work and,
-
Lead and facilitate the Design Strategy fundamentals. This role is located in the Regional Headquarters location

Foster strong cross-functional relationships to enable the smooth and timely execution of all creative projects from concept to completion
Qualifications:

Industry Experience: Must have a strong background in brand design within the beauty industry, with a focus on brand packaging and visual design.

Leadership Experience: Prefer candidates with over 8 years of design experience, including proven experience in leading and mentoring a design team.

Design Skills: Demonstrated hands-on design capabilities, including visual concept development and proficiency in basic design software. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese are essential.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic design initiatives that align with business goals and enhance brand positioning.

Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English skills are required.
