Create and implement great technology to produce high quality, reliable products that meet all performance and functional criteria.
Continuously improve and develop experimental techniques, and/or simulation methodologies and design practices to enhance team and organizational capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technology research into final product designs.
Proactively resolve engineering problems and validate solutions using appropriate test methods.
Follow established Dyson methodologies and best engineering practices to ensure robust design solutions are delivered on time, on spec, on cost, on quality.

Prepare and participate in design, technical, and research reviews as required.
Conduct experimental validation and/or simulations (e.g., FEA, CFD, 1-D, system, mathematical modelling, etc.), analyse results, and communicate findings clearly – ensuring thorough documentation.
Take full ownership of defining, capturing, and documenting relevant requirements for technology and performance.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across cross-functional teams from project initiation to completion.
Interpret complex data to support informed decision-making and project direction.
Demonstrate technical leadership by supporting peers, sharing expertise, and contributing to problem-solving discussions and technical reviews.
