Purpose of the job/ Overall responsibility
The Regional Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for driving regional insurance sales growth by developing market opportunities, strengthening partner engagement, and enabling frontline sales performance. The role combines strategic business development, commercial execution, and sales capability building, primarily through matrix influence.

Revenue Growth: Achieve regional insurance revenue targets
Market Penetration: Expand insurance product adoption across customer segments
Interaction rates: Monitor stakeholder and frontline engagement
Key Tasks
Business Development & Strategy
Translate group strategy into regional execution, embed insurance into core sales processes, prioritize segments, monitor competitors.
Partner & Customer Value Creation
Proactively manage internal and external stakeholders, tailor value propositions by segment, support rollout of new or enhanced products.
Sales Enablement & Training
Design and continuously improve regional training programs; act as SME for cargo insurance; coach teams to ensure compliant and effective selling.
Performance Management
Own KPI tracking and analysis; identify gaps and corrective actions; ensure adherence to governance and regulatory standards.
