公共区域的电力,空调,给排水系统的正常运行。
岗位具体内容:
日常办公区巡检、测温,记录异常情况并进行纠正;
可以每周去广州办公室工作一天
检查(验收)设备的运行情况,报告运行故障和报修结果;
协调设备供应商的现场整改工作;
根据设备的维护保养计划,进行日常的操作和维护,组织并协调,监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作;
设备系统的运行记录、维修保养记录、设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作;
现场设备故障报警的紧急处理。
使用各种基础设备(塑封机/标签机/打印机)
岗位要求:
高中(中专)以上学历;
具有电工操作证,有空调冷冻上岗证优先;
会电脑操作,办公软件使用.
