Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Machinery, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Reliability/Equipment Engineer in a complex manufacturing environment (e.g., FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Fine Chemicals). Must possess proven hands-on experience with both:
- High-speed Integrated Automated Packaging/Production Lines: Familiar with vision systems, servo drives, pneumatics, transmissions, and automation control logic. Demonstrated success in troubleshooting frequent minor faults and improving line stability.
- Chemical Process Equipment: Proficient with pumps, valves, piping, agitators, tanks, etc. Substantial practical experience in mechanical sealing, corrosion protection, fluid transfer, and leakage control.
Core Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical principles, engineering materials, lubrication, and modern maintenance techniques.
- Proficient in reliability tools such as FMEA, RCA, and RCM.
- Ability to independently read and perform basic modifications using CAD software.
- Strong data analysis and technical report writing skills.
