YOUR TASKS

负责厂务设备档案的建立，设备的管理和优化。
-
负责和管理厂务设施维护和保养（包含：电力系统/中央空调系统/空压机系统/消防设施等），确保各系统正常运作；
-
负责和管理厂房建设/维修/二次改造装修等，熟悉各项法律/法规对这些作业的流程规范要求：如消防设施规范标准；
-
负责和管理厂务设备故障排除和维修，及时处理紧急抢修工作，确保生产的正常进行；
-
管理、协调、监督施工项目，保证质量、安全及可靠性。

对完工的项目组织人员进行评估和验收。

根据公司发展规划，负责厂务预算的规划和实施。
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
-
专科以上学历，理工科类专业（建筑环境与设备、给水排水工程、机电安装工程、暖通等相关专业优先）；
-
5年以上厂务工作经验，熟悉常规厂务设备维护保养流程，有厂务管理经验优先；
-
良好的项目管理能力和沟通协调能力，能快速响应需求；
-
熟练使用office办公软件和制图软件；
-
熟悉施工图纸及规范，了解行业相关规范；
-
英文读写能力好，听说能力良好者优先；
-
强制需要低压电工证，其他拥有高压电工证，特种设备证书和安全资格证书者优先。
