Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Direct and manage project planning and execution from beginning to end.

Define project scope in relation to scope sold, milestones, and deliverables that support customer goals and PCMC’s business goals.

Develop engineering submittal packages and provide to Customer and reviewing engineer in a timely manner.

Proactively manage the engineering submittal process to obtain Customer approval in a timely manner so that equipment can be released for production.

Effectively communicate project expectations to PCMC's team members and Customer stakeholders in a timely & clear fashion.

Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Estimate the materials, labor, and resources needed to achieve project goals.

Create or direct the creation of purchase orders to procure equipment, parts or components.

Recommend budget changes where necessary, draft change orders and submit for approval as required by current company policy.

Determine Vendors or staffing required to successfully complete the project.

Identify and resolve issues within the project team.

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

Track project milestones and deliverables.

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations as required.

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Obtain from the Customer a confirming written change order for any significant change in project scope.

Conduct completed project analyses and create a recommendations report that identifies successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Prepare and submit written monthly status reports for POC and extended schedule projects.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor Degree Required: Engineering background.

Minimum 5 years of direct Project Management work experience in oil & gas.

Ability to overcome obstacles to achieve goals and adapt to a changing environment.

Ability to travel, as required.
-
Experience using MS Office, Excel, and other normal business software.
-
AutoCAD can be used to the extent that simple drawing modifications are possible (2-D).
-
PCMC equipment knowledge a plus
-
PMP certification is preferred
