Job Duties and Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle cross-functional CRs, prepare & archive change documents.
Resolve production process defects, organize cross-team RCA & CAPA.
Handle customer complaints, returns & audits, issue 8D reports and track improvements.
Complete other quality & change tasks assigned by Manager.
Protect the information assets of this position.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Education and Qualifications
Associate degree or above with mechanical or related major.
Familiar with the IATF16949 requirement.
Good written English and communication skills
Word, Excel and PPT office tool requirement.
First time right thinking.
