Ansell is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Lead to join our team in Xiamen, China!
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end operations of plant manufacturing and trading activities, including legal entity leadership responsibilities where applicable. You will be accountable for delivering safe, compliant, reliable, and competitive operations that are aligned with customer needs, while upholding strong governance, statutory compliance, disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration across plant, regional, and global functions.

What your role will be?

Lead plant operations, aligning priorities, driving performance, and ensuring timely corrective actions.

Deliver Safety, Sustainability, Quality, Service, Cost, and Compliance results through strong routines and continuous improvement.

Drive manufacturing competitiveness via productivity, automation, lean practices, cost reduction, and optimal capacity use.

Ensure robust governance, statutory compliance, and effective legal entity leadership, including stakeholder engagement.

Build organizational capability, foster a high-performance culture, and proactively manage operational risks.
What will you bring to Ansell?
-
Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, CI, Safety, Quality, or Project Management) are an advantage.

10+ years of manufacturing/operations experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a multinational environment.

Strong exposure to safety, quality, supply chain, engineering, lean/automation, cost management, governance, compliance, and cross-functional leadership.

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and navigate external regulatory environments.

Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong communication skills across local, regional, and global teams.
