Day to Day Responsibility
Lead and drive plant excellence / process excellence initiatives to improve operational performance across the site.
Identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address operational losses and recurring issues.
Promote Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies within the plant.
Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other functions to improve end-to-end processes.
Monitor plant performance metrics and analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Standardize best practices, workflows, and operating procedures to ensure process consistency and operational discipline.
Lead value stream mapping, waste reduction, and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and eliminate non-value-added activities.
Support plant leadership in developing and executing site improvement roadmaps and strategic operational excellence plans.
Build continuous improvement capability by training, coaching, and mentoring employees and managers on CI tools and methodologies.
Track and report project progress, savings, and operational impact to management.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and sustainable improvement throughout the organization.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations excellence, continuous improvement, or related functions.
At least 3 years of leadership or project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, VSM, TPM, and problem-solving methodologies.
Proven track record in driving productivity improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action plans.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change effectively.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Administrative Operations Management:
Supervise and ensure the efficient functioning of all administrative processes, including office & vender management, security, documentation, and etc.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Lead, train, and manage the administrative staff, ensuring clear delegation of tasks and monitoring individual and team performance.
Foster a positive and productive work environment within the administrative team.
Resource and Facility Management:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and procurement processes.
Oversee the upkeep, security, and functionality of the plant premises or office environment.
Budget Management:
Monitor and control administrative expenses, prepare budgets, and ensure cost-efficient resource utilization.
Analyze financial data related to administrative functions and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
Compliance and Policy Oversight:
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Update and enforce administrative policies based on organizational needs and regulatory changes
Workflow Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies in administrative processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of administrative activities.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as the central point for internal communication between departments and external communication with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
Coordinate meetings, reports, and presentations for leadership.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
Address operational challenges and administrative issues promptly, implementing practical solutions.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve administrative functions.

Provide project leadership for key projects including new process or product development, capital projects such as capacity expansions, relocation, modifications, alterations, or manufacturing process improvements
Establish requirements with customer(s). Understand nature of the business requirements for each project
Establish overall project plans (scope, schedule, cost estimates, project acceptance criteria, procurement/contracting strategy, risk management, etc). Assist in project evaluation and justification. Work with the business in the preparation of Appropriation Requests (A/R)
Establish roles, responsibilities and competencies required for the project. Build an effective project team utilizing internal and external personnel resources with the ability to operate and supervise matrixed organizations. Establish receivership requirements for project
Conduct project meetings and document key issues, action items and decisions. Communicate and provide guidance to project team members (Engineering/ Manufacturing) based on organizational goals and company policy
Provide periodic project updates to customer(s) and management. Communicate project goals, objectives, key status information and overall impact of the project effectively with project team members
Effectively implement all phases of project methodologies to include appropriate initiation, planning, implementation and control, and close-out elements
Regularly and effectively communicate and update project key issues, status of completion and financial forecasts with project customers, senior management sponsors and senior management steering teams
Actively coach and develop individuals on project team. Project team member assignments established with individual competency development as objective. Provide recognition to project and customer team members
Share expertise and knowledge to foster continuous improvement of the organization (project team or functional unit)
Implement and role model safety program to ensure that LTAs and Recordable Incidence rate = orCorporate targets
B.S. Engineering or equivalent technical degree
Proven track record of global project accomplishments as a project lead with increasing scope, complexity, responsibility, impact, risk, etc
Track record of delivering results within cost and schedule with close and timely communications with the internal Customer
Track record of engineering accomplishment. Recognized as a technical leader / subject matter expert in one or more technical disciplines fully capable in related disciplines
Proficient in Project Management skills and methodologies inclusive of Scope Development, Scheduling, Cost & Budget Management, Quality Management, and Risk Management
Demonstrated ability to operate within matrix organization. Utilizes influence versus control. Can manage in the "gray" areas
Sound problem solving and decision making processes and skills. Proficient in quality tools including Kepner - Tregoe, Performance Excellence, Project Management tools, etc
Computer/Information Technology Skills Desired. Basics - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of MS Project or other Project scheduling tools
