JOB OVERVIEW
The objective of this role is to drive the marketing performance of our campaigns through social content marketing. In this role, he/ she will support the social content requirement for both F&B and rooms campaigns.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily operation of Group social media accounts –RED, Wechat, Weibo, Douyin…etc.
Operation tasks include content planning, copywriting, editing, content pushes, follower activity planning…etc.
Drive growth in key social media KPIs, including follower count, engagement metrics, and the effectiveness of performance advertising campaigns.
Work with content team and marketing team to update the social calendar in time
Coordinate with hotels, regional team, marketing team, and agency for content material collecting
Support content team with content production

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree or above
3 years experience on social media
Sensitive with social hot topics and able to adapt to group social channels
Organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams running concurrently and deadlines
Familiar with Mandarin copywriting
Fluent in both Mandarin and English communication
Luxury hotel brand/ F&B brand marketing background is preferred
