The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Your new responsibilities
- Balancing accountability with adaptability for superior business results.
- Applying expertise and technology to make process management to fulfill quality, cost, yield, capacity, delivery requirement.
- Delivering excellence process management through accuracy, rigor and innovation.
- Lead and organize team to provide technical support to production line, relevant process sustaining to ensure process in good condition.
- Organize team to fulfill in time of equipment buyoff, DM & IDM introduction and release, new employee certification etc.
- Make continue improvement projects to fulfill key indicators of Quality/Cost / Delivery / Capability etc
- Organize team to succeed in problem solving, customer audit/complain, KPI achievement.
- Lead team to make continue optimization all kinds of process relevant documentation.
What we look for
7 years or above semiconductor backend process(WB) related working experience- Major in electronics or materials science or physics
- Familiar with backend processes, assembly, testing etc.
- Familiar with the FMEA / CP/OCAP/SPC tools
- Good team and project player, lean 6 sigma green/yellow belt project experience is preferred
- Good skill on writing & Speaking English, office software and reporting
- Good skill on communication in internal & external team
