Our talented worldwide team is transforming PV plant performance every day with smart technology, data monitoring and analysis services.</p><p>As Business is fast extending, P&E team is looking for a product engineer to support Sales team for PV module compatibility review focusing on certain regions. The role is located in Shanghai, China.</p><p><b>Desired Characteristics & Qualifications:</b></p><p>Self-motivated, independent, technical aptitude and excellent interpersonal skills</p><p>A Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar discipline</p><p>2~3 years of technical support experience with PV modules</p><p>Knowledge of module testing and IEC compliance</p><p>Willingness to travel (<30% of time) within China and globally.</p><p>Proficiency in English language at a professional level.</p><p><span style="color:#000000"><span>SECTION THREE</span></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><span>RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span></p><p><b>Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:</b></p><p>Manage Form-Fit Function tests accordingly (including data collection and report generating)</p><p>Manage loading tests of various PV module / tracker product combinations as required (including data collection and report generating)</p><p>Travel to PV module manufacturers and 3rd party testing facilities as required</p><p>Module related document (Test guide/3rd party report) and test tracking sheet (loading test / FFF test / project specific related test) recording</p><p>Communicate with Sale/Project/PJE for moving projects forward according to the client’s request</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:14px">At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
