1. 运营与战略
负责市场营销、商家运营、广告及交易保障等业务的端到端运营管理与优化
制定并执行与国家业务目标一致的运营战略
通过数据分析、流程优化及KPI管理推动业务表现提升
确保运营流程具备可扩展性与高效性,以支持业务增长
2. 团队领导与管理
管理并培养多个职能团队负责人
建立高绩效团队文化,明确目标、强化责任意识并持续优化改进
与销售、产品、区域团队等跨职能团队紧密合作
3. 跨部门协同
作为本地团队与区域/全球利益相关方之间的重要桥梁
确保商业战略与运营执行保持一致
推动不同市场与文化之间的高效沟通与协作
4. 绩效与数据分析
监控并分析关键业务及运营指标
识别业务差距、风险与机会,并推动可执行的解决方案落地
推动各业务模块基于数据驱动的决策机制
5. 流程与系统优化
设计并实施可规模化的运营框架及标准操作流程(SOP)
优化系统使用效率及运营流程
确保各项运营符合平台政策及运营标准
We are looking for an experienced Operation Leader to oversee and drive multiple core back-end functions, including Marketing, Seller Operations, Advertising, and Trade Assurance.This role will act as a strategic partner to the Country Manager, ensuring operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in e-commerce operations, capable of managing diverse teams, and comfortable working in a cross-cultural, fast-paced environment.
1. Operations & Strategy
Lead and optimize end-to-end operational functions across Marketing, Seller Operations, Advertising, and Trade Assurance
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with country-level business goals
Drive performance improvements through data analysis, process optimization, and KPI management
Ensure scalability and efficiency of operational processes to support business growth
2. Team Leadership & Management
Manage and mentor multiple functional team leads
Build a high-performance culture with clear goals, accountability, and continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Regional Teams, etc.)
3. Cross-functional Coordination
Act as a key bridge between local teams and regional/global stakeholders
Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and operational execution
Facilitate effective communication across different markets and cultures
4. Performance & Analytics
Monitor and analyze key business and operational metrics
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and implement actionable solutions
Drive data-informed decision-making across all managed functions
5. Process & System Optimization
Design and implement scalable operational frameworks and SOPs
Improve system utilization and operational workflows
Ensure compliance with platform policies and operational standards
Position Requirement
1、经验背景
具备 6–10 年以上电商、平台型业务或数字化平台运营相关经验
拥有管理多个运营职能模块的成功经验(如商家运营、市场营销、广告、平台治理等)
具备团队管理及人员领导经验
有区域化或跨文化工作经验者优先(具备 APAC 市场经验尤佳)

具备较强的战略思维,同时能够落地执行
优秀的利益相关方管理与沟通协调能力
具备数据驱动思维及较强的数据分析能力
能够在复杂环境下推动跨团队协同与目标对齐
能适应快节奏、结果导向的工作环境,并具备高度适应能力

英语流利

Experience
6–10+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital platform operations
Proven track record in managing multiple operational functions (e.g., seller operations, marketing, ads, platform governance)
Experience in leading teams and managing people
Prior experience working in regional or cross-cultural environments (APAC exposure is a strong plus)

Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Ability to manage complexity and drive alignment across diverse teams

Language
Fluent in English

Experience in cross-border e-commerce platforms
Familiarity with seller ecosystem development and platform operations
