Basic Function/General scope 基本职能
Lead the software team to carry out new product software development, design improvement, new technology development. Support the program team on project requirements. Carry out talent development, accelerate team development.
Duties & Responsibilities职责范围:
- Translate marketing, customer and industry standards requirements into product design. Define and provide embedded firmware alternatives for specified requirements in order to select the best solution.
- Design, implement and maintain Fire Alarm Sensors, Devices, Wireless module from specification through production. Emphasis is on embedded firmware architecture design and coding, project completion, engineering documentation.
- Design, develop, and integrate firmware features as assigned by the Engineering or project Lead.
- Define and develop complete conceptual, architectural, detailed firmware design, testing and verification plans;
- Proto-type testing, firmware unit testing and code robustness review.
- Debug and resolve firmware defects from testing or field to ensure firmware reliability.
- Documentation as firmware specification, source code specification, Test Report, DFMEA, etc.
- Perform the necessary design control documentation as per our engineering design control system.
- Work with local teams or remote engineering teams on projects requirements and development.
Qualifications & Competency录用条件
Working Experience工作经验
1. Electronics/Communication/Computer science/or related with bachelor’s degree or above.
2 or more years detail design experience in firmware.Good knowledge and rich experience with micro-controller’s applications.Experience in multi-national companies preferred.Experience in RTOS porting, device driver development, HAL design, is a plus.Experience with Fire Products, Sensor Engineering, Low power consumption is a plus.Experience in firmware architecture design or framework design, is a plus.
Critical Skills关键技能
Proficiency in C/C++ language, knowledge of basic data structure and algorithms.Ability to understand electronics hardware schematic.High capability and creativity for analysis and problem solving.Highly self-motivated lead engineer with a results oriented, and proven track record.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong team player, action oriented, highly motivated self-starter.
1. CET-4 and skilled English in written, oral is a plus.
