As a Chinese Restaurant Manager, we rely on you to

1. Maintain a smooth Chinese Restaurant operation on a daily basis;
2. Ensure every guest receives high quality service;
3. Coach and maximize the performance of the team;
4. Interact with customers and improve Chinese Restaurant operation and service based on feedback received;
5. Provide support on urgent issues;
1、确保中餐厅每天的稳定运作;
2、确保每位客人都得到优质的服务;
3、培训团队并使团队效益最大化;
4、与客户进行交流,基于客户反馈提高中餐厅的运作和服务质量;
5、为紧急事件提供支持。
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in an international class hotel,at least 1 year experience in a similar capacity;
2. Has a passion for Food & Beverage, enjoys interacting with people, rich restaurant knowledge and management experience;
3. Strong leadership with excellent communication and people management skills;
4. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language);
5. A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader;
6. Enjoys being creative with an eye for detail.
1、至少2年的国际酒店工作经验,至少1年的相关岗位工作经验;
