Lenovo Europe & META Global Supply Chain organization is searching for a Sr. Order Fulfillment specialist. The role consists of order fulfillment, supply chain management and process optimization.
Job Responsibilities
Proactively manage order fulfillment that covers each link from order entry to delivery
Backlog management starts with Notebook, focus on PSD commit and critical order management
Cooperate with Sales/Planning/OE/GSM/GL etc to plan order forecast, manage deal from load to ship, prepare material for production, shipment and delivery
Must ensure an adequate professional communication towards internal departments like WW CFF& GL Org take actions to constantly improve process
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree of University
Order execution experience or Supply Chain or customer fulfillment representative experience (1-2 years)
Digital skill like Phyton, RPA, Uipath, Qlik Sense, PowerBI skill ... etc is a plus
Familiar with ECC/SAP… etc system platform
Excellent communication
Strong analytical, organizational skills and time management skills
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficient level of English language (spoken & written)
