Responsibilities
- Conduct basic synthetic experiments precisely and independently following standard experiment protocols or guided by scientists
- Assemble, install and set up reaction kettles, laboratory reaction equipment and auxiliary experimental devices accurately
- Register and prepare raw materials, reagents and samples, record real-time experimental data and finish experimental logs in ELN system
- Maintain daily lab hygiene, compliant chemicals storage, sort experimental instruments and ensure regular equipment inspection, calibration and maintenance.
- Draft new synthetic SOPs under the guidance of scientists.
- Strictly comply with laboratory safety regulations, standard operating procedures and environmental safety requirements.
- Report experimental phenomenon actively to scientists.
