DBS Tech China (DTC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DBS Bank Singapore. As DBS Group’s third technology hub after Singapore and Hyderabad, India, DTC was officially soft launched in August 2024.

About The Programme
DBS Technology China provides Management Associate Programme for tech track. The Technology track is designed to develop techonologists with specializations in the core domains. Over the programme duration of up to 12 months, you will learn about the fundamentals of the financial industry and deepen your expertise in the domain. This will equip you to address real-world business challenges and shape the future of banking. The programme is rigorous and curated based on the principles of our DBS Triple E framework for growth and development.
Experience: Participate in core projects, undertake project rotations within the departments or assume different project roles (such as developer, QA, business analyst, etc.).
Education: Structured training to develop your professional skills including banking fundamentals and soft skills training.
Exposure: Opportunities for exposure provided with mentorship from our senior leaders and connect with other individuals with a shared passion for banking and technology in your cohort.
