Lead and develop a sales team to accelerate Premium ON business growth in Shanghai through strategic wholesaler management, best-in-class outlet execution, and consumer market cultivation – making Shanghai the national showcase for brand leadership.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver & Exceed Sales Targets

Channel Strategy & Expansion

Design market expansion strategies, optimizing channel network and resource allocation

Identify, recruit, and monitor potential wholesalers

Outlet Execution Excellence
-
Lead the team to achieve superior presence, visibility and activation in key outlets

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key outlets
-
Actively pursue new business by developing new outlets and implementing promotions and marketing activities that drive offtake
o Partner with the KA (National Key Account) team to identify, develop, and manage key accounts

Sales Planning & Analysis

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and phasing plans

Identify growth opportunities through customer and channel insights analysis
2. Drive Category Growth & Brand Building

Elevate brand image and gain market share across Premium ON channels
- Work closely with the Trade Marketing team to co-develop and supervise execution of impactful brand activities, promotional campaigns, and consumer engagement programs, ensuring seamless rollout of priority projects across Premium ON channels
3. Team Management & Sales Excellence

Set clear execution standards and KPIs for the team and monitor the execution effectiveness to drive continuous improvement

Coach and mentor team members through field accompaniment, performance reviews, and individual development plans

Control trade spending budget effectively, ensuring strong ROI
