Global Trainee – Marketing
Conduct market research, competitor and supplier analysis, to assess market potential, develop market entry strategies, and evaluate new business opportunities. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI tools and data analysis tools.
The program & hiring process
The hiring process for the Global Trainee Program 2026 takes place between March and June 2026 and includes several stages, such as CV screening, interviews, a personality questionnaire, and an assessment center.
Successful candidates will receive their contracts between June and July and will start their positions in September 2026. Throughout the program, trainees will complete multiple assignments and rotations, gaining cross-functional exposure and building a strong internal network.
