About the Role
营销员渠道岗位(业务发展、业务推动、新人发展、人力发展、业务行政)
- 业务发展岗:根据部门的业务发展计划,协调推动各类业务发展项目,组织各类营销员活动,协助处理内外勤日常事务,达成营销服务部/营管处的各项指标。
- 业务发展经理:协助机构负责人分解和落实业务发展战略和规划,管理营销员业务品质和销售行为,推动达成各项关键考核指标。
- 业务推动岗:负责执行年度销售策略、竞赛、活动,以帮助渠道达成管理层制定的年度销售目标,营销员荣誉体系推动,产品策划推动。
- 新人发展岗/业务培训岗:推动新人发展规划的落地执行和新人发展目标的达成,新人销售及客户经营平台运作。实施组织新人培训,完善培训课程,确保达成相关课程的关键指标,记录培训纪录并跟进培训后的效果反馈,主持培训项目。
- 人力发展岗:按照公司既定策略和指标开展人才引荐,对各业务发展部人才引荐的实施进行推动,追踪、评估、反馈和支持,促进新进营销员的发展与留存,达成分公司指定目标。
- 业务行政岗:业务管理制度、奖金津贴及考核晋级制度的落地执行及CCC的日常行政管理,机构报表、业务竞赛统计与业务数据分析,营销员业务品质管理制度和各项风险控制措施的落实。其他营销员管理的行政工作。
银保渠道岗位(银保渠道负责人、银保业务支持)
- 银保渠道负责人:负责所在地区银行渠道的业务开拓和团队建设管理,达成分公司下达的银保渠道业务目标。
- 银保业务支持:负责中心支公司银行保险渠业务数据报表的制作、方案追踪和基本法考核预警,为银保销售工作提供综合管理和行政支持。
其他岗位(运营服务、综合内勤)
- 运营服务:为客户及渠道提供相关运营服务,承接总部服务体系,统筹当地客服/渠道服务管理。
- 综合内勤:负责账台服务及业务发展相关的事务性工作。
