digital transformation projects across Asia. As we expand into China and Japan, we’re seeking a
seasoned Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant to join our team and play a key role in implementing
finance and operations solutions for enterprise clients.
Job Description:
As a Senior D365 F&O Consultant, you will lead the analysis, design, and deployment of
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. You will work closely with clients in
China and Japan to understand their business needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure
successful delivery of ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, SCM, Projects,

Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and solution design

Translate client requirements into functional specifications

Configure and customize D365 F&O modules based on best practices

Provide post-implementation support and user training
-
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders

Stay updated on new features and Microsoft roadmap for F&O

Support pre-sales activities and solution presentations as needed
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX)

Experienced in at least 5 successful end to end implementations

Strong expertise in one or more modules: Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Project
Operations, or SCM -
Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams

Strong understanding of business processes and regulatory requirements in China
and/or Japan -
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Professional fluency in Mandarin (for China) or Japanese (for Japan), and working
proficiency in English -
Microsoft certifications (MB-310, MB-300, or equivalent) are a strong advantage
