Title: Key Account Manager
Reports To: Sales Manager, E-com & NA

Responsibility Level:
Under the China AFM strategic direction and in accordance with company policies, maximizes profitable sales volume, develops sales objectives and associated strategies, and coordinates sales activities through key accounts management including E-commerce channel Tmall, Taobao, PDD and Tik Tok, private brand channel and other emerging national accounts.
Typical Duties:
- Develop suitable strategies for responsible channels covering E-commerce, Private Brand and national accounts to gain business growth for China AFM.

Plan and execute local market strategies to fulfil annual sales target, grow online channels and grow new and existing online customers.

Explore the business development for ambiguity channels private band and national accounts via market deep dive analysis, ice breaking direction design and new customers hunting.

Analyze consumers buy behavior to improve sales growth and support new business development for ice breaking channels. Utilize analytics and insight toll regular monitor sales and products, oversee existing and potential platform performance.

Keep good relationship with private brand customers and responsible for collecting PB customers demands and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectation.

Manage Clarios online store at Tmall, Taobao, PDD and other emerging platforms. Set up value chain, promotion activities, etc. to meet Clarios business targets.

Manage Omni channels via strategies design and business action execution to Michelin, Mobil and other offline stores, to improve Clarios products sales outcomes via Omni.

Work “hand in glove” with the Third Parties to ensure a seamless consumer journey and an optimized brand experience so as to flow online traffic to online retailers. Evaluate the TP investment performance and ROI (Return ON Investment), and propose improvement action plan.

Evaluate E-commerce or B2C national accounts platform and RIO and propose ecommerce advertisement investment plan.

Work with marketing / product marketing team to analyze product categories and make appropriate product mix recommendations, work with Marketing department to develop communication strategy and execute in responsible channels.

Manage brand value chain and brand positioning via price management.

Optimize offline delivery network and collaborate with IT Order Management System (OMS) to fulfill online to offline (O2O) capability.

Work closely with supply chain to set up the appropriate supply to expand the scope of online business in China by providing good shopping experience online to consumers.

Regular monitor competitor new campaigns and digital activities

Performs special assignments and analysis as directed by the senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in auto parts, with key account management experience preferred.

Above 5 years in E-commerce, private brand or aftermarket national accounts management.

Strong understanding of impact of E-commerce on multinational businesses.

Strong analytical, data-driven, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Familiar with the operation rules of major e-commerce platforms and is able to build strong customer relationships.

Understand digital marketing and sales/distribution, have willingness to learn new industry channel practices and translate into optimized company execution plan.

Good at conceptual selling and consultative selling; have the drive to develop new accounts, manage those relationships and drive incremental revenue; goal oriented and sales driven.

Creative & Strategic thinking.

Fluent English both in written and oral.

Able to travel throughout sales territory is a necessity.
