This position is responsible for coordinating between overseas customers.
II. Job Responsibilities
Identify customer present and future needs; 14%
Build a trust relationship with customer;14%
Achieve and develop sales revenues with existing and new customers;14%
Analyze the market and the competition; 14%
Propose solutions and elaborate actions to solve client's issues;14%
Follow up and respond efficiently to client cases/enquiries;16%
Ensure lead time and quality of services through effective coordination of internal resources.14%
III. Job Requirements
Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
Respect and safeguard company's image, reputation and benefit;
Ensure lead time and quality of services through effective coordination of internal resources;
Proficient in English. German is a major plus;
Excellent communication and reporting skills in team environment;
Pro-active and customer-oriented;
Self-motivated and thrive on doing a job well;
Independence, initiative and desire to achieve;
1-2 years sales and marketing experience in technical fields such as electric or mechanic would be an advantage;
Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs.
