Now we are looking for a Supply Operations Manager to manage all processes related to production, including manufacturing, quality control, payment, and shipment of goods.
Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle within assigned projects, including supplier communication, pricing and delivery alignment, order placement, payment, production follow-up, QC, and first-mile transportation

Ensure on-time delivery of orders to the warehouse by tracking production, shipment timelines, and supplier commitments

Allocate internal resources and prioritize orders based on complexity, urgency, and internal guidelines

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are delivered on time and with high-quality outcomes

Resolve order and project issues, including QC problems, supplier delays, process bottlenecks, and operational risks

Optimize project workflows and operational processes in response to changing business needs

Use AI tools and data analytics to monitor project/order health, identify risks, and support data-driven decisions
Requirements

10 years of related procurement and project management experience

Excellent knowledge of the whole procurement process (supplier management, quality control, deadline management, etc.)

Excellent knowledge of data analysis and product/system optimization

Good at building SOPs and process optimization

Be responsible, take ownership, active communication with all stakeholders

Advanced level of English, able to communicate with cross-border/international teams
