Lead end-to-end quality assurance activities for a comprehensive school management system across responsive web and mobile applications.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test strategies, ensuring product reliability, scalability, and performance.

Collaborate closely with Australian clients, product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to identify and resolve quality issues.

Drive continuous testing practices through CI/CD pipeline integration and modern automation frameworks, including Playwright and Postman CLI.

Champion QA innovation by incorporating Agentic AI capabilities into testing workflows to improve efficiency, coverage, and overall product quality.

5+ years of professional Software Quality Assurance experience, including test strategy development and comprehensive test planning.

3+ years of hands-on experience designing, maintaining, and scaling automated testing frameworks.

Strong experience testing complex enterprise applications across both web and mobile platforms.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage Australian stakeholders and communicate technical findings clearly.

Proven experience working within Agile development environments and CI/CD pipelines.

Hands-on experience testing solutions built on PHP/MySQL and ASP.NET/MSSQL technology stacks.

Practical knowledge of Docker and containerized testing environments.

Strong expertise in UI automation using Playwright and API testing using Postman CLI.

Demonstrated ability to proactively troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes independently, and drive solutions with minimal supervision.

Experience collaborating successfully within globally distributed teams.

Proven experience integrating Agentic AI technologies into software testing and quality assurance workflows.

Hands-on experience optimizing CI pipelines to enable continuous testing practices.

Experience conducting performance, load, and stress testing using JMeter, k6, or similar tools.

Prior experience in the EdTech industry or with large-scale educational management systems.
