Marsh
We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Japan Client Services Team. This role will be based in Shanghai.
We will count on you to:
- Develop client relationships including understanding of client business, strategy and objectives.
- Identify and document client and prospect insurance needs and requirements.
- Manage the business pipeline including identification and qualification of business opportunities according to company strategy.
- Develop RFP documentation to align market solutions with client requirements.
- Identify, select and negotiate with insurance carriers to deliver tailor-made solutions and high-quality service standards.
- Develop and present client solutions including market research, program design, product design, risk transfer solutions and pricing.
- Develop strong internal relationships across the business to facilitate opportunity identification and cross-selling activity.
- Conduct analysis to align product and service strategy with market factors and changing client needs.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor or above degree in insurance or business discipline.
- At least 8 years of professional experience. Financial services and insurance industry is preferred.
- Native Japanese speaker, familiar with Japanese client services, and well known of Japanese society and culture.
