YOUR TASKS

Developing product assembly process and test method strictly in line with product engineering specification；
-
Making the routing of assembly, calculate the cycle time and assembly hour；

Working with internal and external supplier on new assembly line, pre-acceptance & final acceptance；
-
Working on the continuous improvement on product assembly line and process optimization to meet company expectation on quality, cost and productivity；
-
Analyzing main faults and reasons for process, product, CLR（customer line return）,WR（warranty）；

Guaranteeing the function of operating equipment including documentation, drafting and updating of flow chart, PFMEA,WI；
-
Training, instructing and supporting production department employees in matters of production and process engineering.

Assist PJM & PJO to complete the work related the new customer development (trial run, full run, WI, production release etc.) ensuring the project targets are being achieved or overachieved.

Ability to organize, coordinate and make plans.

Actively identifying claims potential resulting from engineering changes.

Preparing Run & Rate, obtaining assessment and all needed documentation for process approval / qualification of the start of production.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree or above；
-
At least 3 year’s experience on Manufacturing Engineering；

Good English skill.h.
