4.优秀的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够有效推动多方协作
5.具备系统性的分析和问题解决能力
6.具备良好的技术判断与决策能力
7.一定的英语书面及口语沟通能力
8.具备良好的质量意识、客户意识及安全意识
