YOUR TASKS
-
Be responsible for the management of software development, analysis and solvement of software
problems, ensure the on-time and high-quality software release.
负责公司软件项目的开发管理工作,软件问题的分析和解决，确保按时高质量的软件发布。

Complete the software effort estimation, define software development time schedule/milestones
according to project time line, and finish the documentation such as risk analysis, project manual and
project order.
完成客户项目软件的成本评估，根据项目节点制定软件的开发计划和里程碑，并完成各种文档，如风险识
别、项目手册、项目规则等。

Act as interface between software team/project team/manager/customer, coordinate the multi-party
communication.
作为软件开发团队与客户、项目团队、经理之间的接口，完成多方的沟通和协调工作。

Allocate rational tasks to software developer/tester, coordinate the cooperation between team members,
make sure all software requirement is correctly and fully implemented based on the process of
company.
合理分配任务给软件开发及测试人员，协调各成员之间的合作，确保成员根据公司流程正确完整的实现软
件需求。

Conduct all software engineering activities in software development phase, including software
requirements, software design, Code Reviews, unit test, module test, integration and integration test,
software test, software release, etc.
主导并管理软件开发周期内的各项活动，如软件需求管理、软件设计、编码审核、单元测试、模块测试、
集成及测试、软件测试、软件发布等。

Supervise the documentation in each development phases to insure the integrity and criterion of
documents;
track and control the software changes based on software process,

Close communication with project team; necessary support for system team and project manager.
与项目团队保持良好的沟通，对项目经理和系统团队的工作提供必要的支持。

Report to higher level about software progress, software changes and other important information;
contribute to the improvement of development norms and methods.
向上级汇报项目的进展情况，需求变更等所有项目信息；协助制定和改善软件开发规范并改进开发方法。

Provide correct and robust software version for testing, release, customer sample delivery and
production.
向测试、发布、客户样品交付及生产提供正确的健壮的软件版本。

Implement other tasks from manager.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor’s degree in electronics, software engineering, computer science or equivalent disciplines
软件工程、计算机或其他相关专业，本科或以上学历 -
At least 5 years’ experience in automotive electronics.
-
At least 3 years’ experience in automotive electronics software project management.
Have experienced at least one project as software project manager in full software life cycle.
至少5 年汽车电子从业经验，至少3 年汽车电子软件项目管理经验，作为项目经理至少经历过一个完整的
软件项目周期。 -
Familiar with software life cycle and management, good understanding of automotive software
development process.
熟悉软件开发生命周期及管理，熟悉汽车电子软件开发流程。 -
Proficient in project management of scope, timing, resource, cost, quality, etc.
对项目范围、时间、人员、成本、质量等管理有丰富经验， -
Good documentation skills and software process sense, familiar with at least one software configuration
tool and software requirement management tool.
良好的文档能力和软件流程意识，掌握至少一种软件配置管理工具和需求管理工具。 -
Fundamental technical knowledge of programming and software development, experience of software
development or integration or testing is preferred.
有基本的编程和软件开发知识，有软件开发、集成或者测试经验为佳。 -
Preferred: AutoSAR experience, Function Safety design experience, PMP certificate, usage of DOORS
and MKS.
优先考虑：有AutoSAR 经验，有功能安全项目经验，有PMP 证书，会使用DOORS 和MKS。 -
Fluent English skill, both in spoken and written
熟练的使用英语口语和写作 -
