You support our team as
- Lead the design and development of engineering projects, including planning, modeling, and testing phases.
- Perform advanced technical analysis and calculations to support project design and decision-making.
- Oversee project execution, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Develop and review technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes. Interface with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to communicate project progress and address any concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.) or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in engineering roles, with demonstrated leadership and project management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in advanced design software, simulation tools, and engineering software.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
