Duties & Responsibilities
To manage the assigned area of production and lead a team of production personnel to achieve the manufacturing goals objectives parallel to the company's strategy and mission
Responsibilities
- Deal with all products, technique and abnormal problems
- Cooperate with other departments to get their full effective support
- Accept all reasonable advice to improve quality
- Layout the requirement of manpower. Plan and implement the training scheme
- Troubleshooting and fulfill the production plan
- Training line leader's management skill and establish team work spirit
- Establish and carry into execution the performance management and encouragement system
- Ensure workshop clean and safe and the company security policy be applied promptly
- Control the production process, and fulfill the product job on time with
high quality
- Cooperation with engineer to improvement Tool OEE.
- Report major issues to manager
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, diploma in Engineering field or equivalent experience.
Experience
- More than 5 years experience as assistant supervisor.
Communication /Negotiation
- Good computer skills excellent skills Excel ect.
- Must be able to read and write English smoothly
- Positive communication ,excellent interpersonal skills
- Good team spirit and cooperation
- Ability of explaining the complex things in a simple way
- Good personality, such as Enthusiasm /tolerance /understanding / patience Problem Solving
- Analyze complicated question effectively
- Take prevent action from case study and training operator for it.
Contribution / Leadership
- Share his/her information/knowledge/source etc.
- Give subordinates actively instruction, enhance the attitude and work responsibility to reach production targe
- Train subordinates frequently to improve their management ability and work skill
