Perform accurate HS code codification for all Sidel materials, including spare parts, warranty parts, and upgrade/retrofit components

Stay current with China customs regulations and tariff updates to ensure ongoing compliance

Collaborate with technical teams to understand product specifications for precise classification

Control Tower Operations

Operate as centralized control tower for all Sidel shipments within Greater China

Monitor shipment status from origin to final delivery, ensuring real-time visibility

Proactively identify and resolve customs clearance delays, documentation issues, or logistics disruptions

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to optimize transit times

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Procurement, Logistics, and Service teams to align customs strategies with business needs

Provide customs expertise to support warranty claims and upgrade project timelines

Generate regular reports on clearance performance, compliance metrics, and operational improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics, or related field

3–5 years of experience in customs classification, international trade compliance, or logistics coordination

In-depth knowledge of China HS code system and customs regulations

Proven experience with control tower or shipment monitoring operations
