Job Description

Learning Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify skills gaps and learning needs within the organization, recommending relevant solutions.

Competency Framework Development: Design and update competency models to ensure alignment with evolving organizational goals and industry standards.

Training Program Design & Implementation: Develop, implement, and oversee targeted training programs to enhance employee competencies across all levels.

Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Work with external training providers and partners to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

High learning agility (esp. high curiosity and willingness to change)

Around 7-10 years experiences in learning, leadership and competence development.

HR Business Partner experiences is a mandatory.
