1. New Vaccine Launch Excellence (LEx) Planning & Execution: 40%

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional LEx planning for new vaccine products, establishing clear launch readiness milestones, accountability frameworks, and timelines across all relevant functions (Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Supply, Market Access, etc.)

- Develop and drive go-to-market strategy and launch roadmap for new vaccine products, including target customer segmentation, channel strategy, pricing and access strategy, and pre-launch activation plans

- Monitor and evaluate launch performance post-launch against pre-defined KPIs; identify gaps and propose corrective actions to minimize time to peak sales and maximize commercial outcomes

REQUIREMENTS
任职要求
Education / 教育背景
- Minimum bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or related fields; MBA preferred

Experience & Knowledge / 经验与知识
- At least 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or vaccine industry, with a strong background in marketing, market strategy, or new product planning

- Proven track record of leading or significantly contributing to at least 2 successful vaccine or biologics product launches in China

- Hands-on experience in launch excellence (LEx) planning, launch readiness assessment, and go-to-market execution for pharmaceutical or vaccine products
