We are looking for a Physics teacher for an International school based in Chongqing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year starting in August 2026.

Job details

Responsible for teaching physics courses to primary and secondary school students

Prepare lessons, lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments

Co-teach with teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum

Asses and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve

Hold or participate in parents’ meetings

Partake proactively in the annual cycle of subject monitoring, review and improvement planning

Be proactive in maintaining and developing IT capability in line with the Digital Learning Strategy
Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above
-
More than 2 years related working experience

Hold UK PGCE, or other relevant teaching qualification

Passionate and Energetic in teaching

Working knowledge of the National Curriculum of England including EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, IGCSE/GCSE and A Levels
