- Consolidate plant capacity report & rough-cut capacity planning report
- Update capacity category tracking report
- Refine bill of material per latest system setting
- Update plant POEE/OEE performance
- Identify low utilization & low profit work centers, and work with PM for mitigation plan.
- Update component and raw materials forecast
- Verify long term FCST with DP and PM by product family.
- Support to maintain and update material master data.
- Collaborate with NSP/IP and IT team to develop power BI reports for supply planning team
- Collaborate with IP/MPS/Production planner/SCH import planner/Demand planner to make mid/long term constrained supply plan in Rapid Response.
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain's performance
- Development of Dashboard to monitor status
- Other tasks assigned by manager
SCOPE:

- Majored in supply chain managem ent or logistics is preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
- 2 years above Work experience with planning, customer service, or inventory management in Automotive business as Tier 1 supplier
PREFERRED:
- Supply chain planning is preferred
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
- Advanced skill in Excel (Power BI & Excel Marco are preferred)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Excellent English both in oral and written.

- Outstanding organizational ability
- Familiarity with supply chain processes
- Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
PREFERRED:
- SAP PP module applications; MRP and MPS knowledge
- Rapid Response user
