About the Position:
We are looking for a [Production Supervisor] to join the [Production Department + PS] team, reporting directly to the [Shop Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Hefei].
As the [Production Supervisor] at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Responsible for the production management of each workshop, Support the Production Manager to meet logistics delivery plan and ensure product quality meets customer requirements according to MMS_GKD management requirements.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Be responsible for routine production management, organize daily production to ensure the implementation of production plan.
Work with logistic to make the monthly/weekly and daily production plan according to the customer order.
Manage and monitor key performance index, such as labor losses, daily output, product/material quality, scrap rate, machine up time, direct labor efficiency and etc.
Make necessary communication with process engineer, maintenance people, quality and other departments staff to solve the problems related to production.
Implement MMS and GKD in operation.
Other tasks assigned by Production Manager in a certain period.
What Qualifications you will bring:
1. College degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or engine is plus.
2. Minimum 3-years production supervisor working experience, preferable in automotive industry.
3. Good PC skills.
4. Good command of English in both spoken and written.
