Partner with business leaders to support operational and strategic objectives.

Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, job architecture, and capability building initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Build and maintain talent pipelines to improve recruitment effectiveness and quality.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives for key positions.

Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.

Facilitate performance management processes and monitor implementation effectiveness.

Develop and execute annual training and development plans based on business needs.

Coordinate onboarding programs and professional skills training.

Provide HR metrics and workforce analytics to management.

Monitor HR KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficient and well-organized office management.

Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources.
-
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, solid expertise across all major HR disciplines.

Strong understanding of PRC labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
