Join a team where your sourcing decisions directly support transformer production and help build a resilient, cost-effective supply chain. You will lead strategic sourcing activities across both direct and indirect categories, from raw materials and manufacturing services to office supplies, travel, maintenance, and machine parts. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will negotiate impactful agreements, drive supplier engagement, and strengthen procurement performance. Every day, you will influence commercial outcomes, reduce risk, and ensure the business has the materials and services needed to succeed.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead strategic sourcing activities across direct and indirect spend categories, implementing commodity strategies and defining local and regional sourcing plans for non-pooled commodities.

Manage and develop supplier relationships, contribute to supplier segmentation, and represent customer requirements within Commodity Circles to strengthen supplier performance and collaboration.

Negotiate contracts and commercial terms including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment conditions, while supporting sourcing board approvals and award strategies.

Drive early supplier involvement and cost reduction initiatives, ensuring contractual requirements are addressed and aligned with broader commodity management strategies.

Identify procurement risks and opportunities, monitor supplier performance, implement savings initiatives, and collaborate with commodity teams to improve processes and KPI performance.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Around 3 years of procurement experience, including strategic sourcing, procurement project work, and operational procurement responsibilities.

Proven ability to qualify and evaluate suppliers, support supplier development, create contract documentation, manage RFX processes and conduct eAuctions.

Strong experience in international negotiations, strategic sourcing, collaboration, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, adaptability, and accountability.

Advanced Supply Chain Management, commercial, analytical, and business acumen skills, along with advanced English proficiency for cooperation with international suppliers and global teams.
